Terms & Conditions - Refer and earn

Welcome to the Token.com Referral Program! This program rewards our customers ("Referrers") for introducing new clients ("Referees") to our platform. Participation allows both Referrers and Referees to receive rewards under these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions set out the rules for the program, please ensure you read them carefully.

Eligibility

To participate in the Referral Program, individuals must meet the following criteria:

  • Account Status: Referrer must be a current Token.com account holder.

  • Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of participation.

  • Geographic Eligibility: The program is only open to residents of Brazil.  

  • Exclusion Criteria: Individuals who have previously made a deposit on Token.com are ineligible to participate as Referees within the program. This provision is intended to ensure that the program benefits new introductions to the platform.

Participation

  • Referring a Friend: Referrers are allocated a unique referral link to be shared with their Referee’s.

  • Becoming a Referee: New customers register for a new account using the referral link and deposit a minimum of 50 BRL upon completion of account verification.

Rewards

  • Amount: 20 BRL in USDC for both parties, upon Referee's completion of account verification and minimum deposit.

  • Limits: Maximum of 5 rewards per participant, per campaign. Referrers and Referees can not use the same device to register for an account.

  • Notification: Automated upon reward eligibility, within 15 minutes of criteria being met.

Compliance and Restrictions

  • Single Account Policy: Participants are limited to one account per individual. Discovery of multiple accounts or misuse by Referees or Referrers will lead to immediate termination of all involved accounts and forfeiture of any pending rewards, to uphold fairness and prevent abuse.

  • Data Privacy and Security: For more information on how your personal data is collected as part of this campaign, please refer to our Privacy Policy. 

  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be handled through an internal review process, with the aim of a fair resolution in accordance with these terms and applicable laws.

Miscellaneous

  • Campaign Disclosure: Token.com may modify, suspend, or terminate campaigns at its discretion to ensure the program's integrity and alignment with our strategic goals. Participants will be notified of significant changes through their registered email or app notifications.

  • Liability: Token.com is not liable for errors or delays in processing rewards not directly attributable to its negligence.
