The Token.com Creator Revenue Sharing program allows eligible content creators to earn a fixed share of trading fees when users complete trades through their content. By connecting a supported social media account, your public crypto-related posts become discoverable in the Token.com app.. When users trade via your content, you’ll earn a share of the platform’s revenue. It’s a new way to turn influence into income.
1. Program Overview
The Token.com Creator Revenue Program enables eligible creators (“Creators”) to earn a share of platform revenue when users complete trades initiated through their social content. Creators can connect their X social account and their public posts will appear in Token.com’s app feed with embedded trading functionality. When a trade is attributed to a Creator’s content, the Creator earns a percentage of the resulting trading commission.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Creator Eligibility
To participate as a Creator, you must:
Be at least 18 years old;
Have an active Token.com wallet;
Connect your X account through the Token.com app;
Publish public, crypto-related content.
Token.com reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and may revoke access for accounts that do not meet the requirements or violate platform policies.
3. How the Creator Program Works
3.1 Social Media Integration
Once your account is connected:
Token.com automatically imports your most recent eligible public content;
Imported content is displayed under your Creator profile within the Token.com app, embedded with trade functionality;
Attribution and performance tracking are visible to Creators in the Token.com app.
3.2 Trade Attribution and Earnings
When a user completes a trade through your content, Token.com attributes 25% of the trading commission from that trade to you as a revenue share. Attribution is automated and based on verified interactions between users and your content in the Token.com app.
4. Payout and Claiming Rewards
4.1 Earning Structure
You will receive a percentage of commission generated from trades initiated via your content.
The earnings rate is 25% of trading commission from attributed trades.
Any outstanding eligible rewards will be paid out at the end of the Token.com Creator Revenue Program campaign, as long as the total payout is at least $1 USDC.
4.2 Payout Conditions
A minimum balance of $5 (USD equivalent) must be reached to trigger automatic payout to your Token.com wallet.
Token.com reserves the right to delay, review, or adjust payouts to ensure accuracy and compliance with these Terms.
Payouts apply to trading commission attributed to any eligible content, including imported public posts from your connected social media accounts.
5. Restrictions and Fair Use
The Creator Revenue Program is intended to reward genuine creators who provide original, high-quality crypto content. The following actions are prohibited:
Use of bots, scripts, or automated systems to generate fake views, engagement, or trades;
Sharing misleading, plagiarized, or harmful content;
Attempting to manipulate the attribution or payout systems;
Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or Token.com Community Guidelines.
Token.com may investigate any suspicious activity and withhold if abuse or manipulation is detected.
6. Changes and Termination
Token.com may modify, suspend, or terminate the Creator Revenue Program at any time for operational, legal, or strategic reasons. Significant changes will be communicated via the Token.com app or by email. Rewards accrued under the terms in effect at the time of termination will be honored, provided all eligibility and integrity requirements are met.
7. Privacy and Data
For information on how your data is collected, stored, and used, please refer to our Privacy Policy. By participating in this program, you consent to the collection and use of your public content and performance data for attribution, analytics, and promotional purposes.
8. Content Ownership and Licensing
You retain ownership of all original content created on your connected social accounts. By participating in the Creator Revenue Program, you grant Token.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, promote, and distribute your public content within the Token.com platform and related marketing materials. Token.com may remove any content at its discretion, particularly if it violates these Terms, platform policies, or applicable laws.
9. Legal Disclaimer & Independent Relationship
Participation in the Creator Revenue Program does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and Token.com. You participate at your own risk, and Token.com makes no guarantees regarding earnings, engagement, or performance metrics. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local laws, including those related to crypto promotion, advertising disclosures, and taxation.
10. Suspension and Termination
Token.com may suspend or terminate your participation in this program, with or without notice, if:
You breach any part of these Terms;
You engage in fraudulent or misleading behavior;
Your content or activity exposes Token.com to regulatory, reputational, or legal risk.
If your account is suspended or terminated, Token.com reserves the right to withhold any unpaid earnings associated with disqualified activity.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Creator Revenue Program shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, such disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the British Virgin Islands, unless otherwise required by mandatory local laws.
