Occasional Transaction Environment: Privacy Policy
Introduction
These Operating Rules govern the permissible use of Token.com’s Occasional Transaction Environment, allowing users to conduct occasional transactions up to a total amount of 30 USDC before upgrading their accounts to register to use our Token.com Full Transactional Service. Use of this Occasional Transaction Environment by you, does not constitute and shall not be construed as the establishment of a business relationship between Token.com and you as the User. This account shall be construed as a pre-business environment that allows users to explore the platform’s functionalities only within the scope of occasional transactions up to the specified limit. Whilst using the account, Token.com is not providing full business services to the user and not entering into a full business relationship as defined by our comprehensive Terms and Conditions applicable to the Token.com Full Transactional Account.
Eligibility and Transaction Limits
In order to be eligible to participate in Token.com Occasional Transaction Environment, users must:
Be over the age of 18
Deposit maximum of 30 USDC
Only register 1 account per user
Conditions for Use
Users must adhere to the stipulated transaction limits and comply with these Operational Rules.
Any attempt to circumvent transaction limits or other rules will lead to an immediate account review and potential requirement to complete full account verification.
Users agree that Token.com may change the range of crypto-asset offered at any time. If a held crypto-asset is unsupported, Token.com will convert it into another supported crypto-asset at market rates. If conversion is impossible due to legal or market reasons, the value of the asset may be lost.
Activities within this environment must not violate any laws, including but not limited to, sanctions, money laundering, and terrorist financing regulations.
Transition to Token.com Full Transactional Account
Should a user wish to withdraw their funds, to exceed the transaction limits, or requires access to enhanced services, users must complete the full account identity verification.
Upon initiation of full verification procedures, users will be subject to our comprehensive Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
User Consent
By using our platform's Occasional Transaction environment, users consent to the collection and use of their information as outlined in this Privacy Policy and agree to abide by these Operating Rules.
